Winery Dining Farm Lodging Acetaia

We are open every weekend throughout the year with the exception of holidays and vacation. Farm-to-table dinners are posted 2-3 months in advance. Cenetta dinners occur on most Friday evenings and are posted 2-3 weeks in advance. Walk-in customers are always welcome on Friday evenings and do not need to participate in cenetta dinners. Reservations must be made in advance for all dinners.

Cenetta - Portuguese Cenetta And Fado

We have returned from our Fall break and a wonderful trip to Portugal. You will be treated to a tasty Portuguese Cenetta this Friday starting with olives, cheese and bread followed by a cod, tomato and pepper soup. The main course for the evening will be pork and mussels followed by a traditional Portuguese dessert Toucinho do Ceu. MaryAnn will give a brief introduction to Port wine production before the meal and Fado music will play in the background. The presentation will begin at 6:30 immediately followed by dinner. Feel free to come early for appetizers and wine.

Join us as we welcome our friends Jody and Emily back to the winery for another feast centered around their award wining farm-raised rabbit. We will begin the evening with rabbit consomme followed by rabbit rillette with toasted crostini. Tagliatelle with rabbit ragu will be served before our main course of slow braised rabbit quarter with rosemary and white wine. Our artisan cheese board will follow and we will complete the evening with cream puffs with mascarpone whipped cream and chocolate genache.
