Farm to Table Dinner - Chestnut Mascarpone Agnolloti View Event Details
It's chilly outside and we wanted to warm your bellies with a pre-Thanksgiving feast. We will start the evening with Pate de Campagne with toasted Italian rustic bread followed by chestnut mascarpone agnolloti with sage brown butter sauce. Our featured dish will be braised pork with rosemary and white wine with butternut squash gratin followed by our artisan cheese board. For dessert we will have olive oil ice cream with toasted almond slices.
