Its time for our annual vegetarian feast. Great veggies are flying out of the field. We will start the evening with roasted heirloom tomato on toasted rustic Italian bread followed by a chilled gazpacho. Zucchini confit with thyme and garlic will precede our main course of zucchini lasagna. An artisan cheese board will follow and we will complete the evenign with peaches and ice cream.

Its all about the tomato during this farm to table dinner. Our featured course will be pasta with roasted tomatoes and basil. The evening will start with a fresh cow's milk ricotta with honey and French Taragon followed by a heirloom tomato salad with rustic Italian bread. Our artisan cheese board will follow and we will complete the evening with a seasonal ice cream.

September has arrived and we start to transition into a more hearty seasonal menu without loosing sight of summer. It's all about apples and apple cider as we host Deirdre Birmingham and John Biondi from The Cider Farm at the winery this weekend. Come try some of her fantastic apple cider and enjoy a wonderful meal. We will start the evening with Pork rillettes with rustic Italian toasted bread followed by Italian peasant soup with Swiss Chard. Our main course for the evening will be cider braised pork with apple, bacon and raisin stuffing. After our artisan cheese board we will complete the evening with an apple tart with vanilla ice cream and apple brandy glaze

Come join us for butternut squash season at the winery. We will start the evening with Kale Caesar Salad followed by Sausage Swiss Chard and ricotta Agnolotti with sage brown butter sauce. We will start the evening with a hand made mushroom puff pastry with Gruyere cheese followed by Risotto with sausage and mushrooms.
