We continue our French inspired winter farm-to-table dinners with an evening of comfort food. Our first course will be pork rillets with rustic bread followed by Lentil Salad Vinaigrette. Join us for our first cenetta dinner in February. We will start the evening with dates with prosciutto, Hooks blue cheese and Balsamic vinegar followed by our main course of meat Lasagna. Olive tapenade with crostini will be our first course followed by rustic peasant soup with croutons and Gruyere cheese. It's early March and thoughts of Spring are in the air. Join us for a lighter vegetarian friendly menu as we move away from winter fare. Our first course will a rice torte followed by Minestrone soup. Our main course will be Italian Salt Cod in a Tomato base followed by our artisan cheese board. We will complete the evening with a lighter dessert appropriately named for the season - semifreddo.
