Berries with Hilltop Farm

Join us at the winery as we host Rob and Erin from Hilltop Community farm. Learn about berries and sit down to a wonderful mid summer meal. A zucchini torte will follow a cucumber beet salad appetizer. Our main course will feature a grilled flank steak with Balsamic currant reduction and cipollini. Currant jam will be on the cheese board. We will end the evening with a currant berry panna cotta.
