Potters of Peru with Isabelle Druc

Join us at the winery with Isabelle Druc, Dept of Anthropology UW Madison, as she takes us through a journey of her experiences as an archaeologist in Peru. We will present a French inspired meal to honor her heritage. The evening will start with crepes filled with sautéed mushrooms and Gruyère cheese. Spring asparagus risotto will follow with our own heritage pork confit cooked low and slow. Potatoes gratin will accompany the main course and we will finish the night with chocolate soufflé.
