Join us for a mid Spring farm to table dinner event celebrating Gentle Breeze Honey right here in Mount Horeb. We will celebreate the warming weather and start with a honey tasting including honeycomb, spun honey and wildflower honey followed by MaryAnn's family recipe for Pasta Prosciutto. This is a very rich savory rolled lasagna with ham and gruyere cheese with parmesan cream. Our main course will be chicken picatta with agrodolce onions. Our cheese course will feature baked brie with honey on rustic crostini followed by honey ice cream with caramelized walnuts for dessert
