Join us as we host Gino Mantuano, Estates & Fine Wine Manager with Capitol-Husting for an early February Farm-to-Table dinner. The evening will start with classic Piedmontese Pork Tonnato followed by our own family creation Farro Soup with Heritage Italian Sausage. A hearty Osso Buco with Polenta will be served as the main course followed by our artisan cheese board and Torta di Noci with Nutella Whipped Cream for dessert.
