This Week at the Winery

Our Spring menus have been posted on our web site through the end of May. We are looking forward to a wonderful Spring and warmer weather. This weekend will start with a peppery Roman classic on Friday night - Cacio e Pepe. The sauce is silky, savory and spicy and made from cracked peppercorns with Pecorino Romano cheese. This is a vegetarian friendly cenetta. We hope to see you this weekend.
